Description
Rosa x ‘Belinda’s Dream’, commonly known as the Dream Rose, is a popular shrub rose renowned for its large, fully double blooms that exhibit a soft, warm pink hue fading to creamy white at the edges. Developed by Dr. Keith Zary and introduced by Star Roses and Plants, this rose is celebrated for its disease resistance, particularly against black spot and powdery mildew, making it a reliable choice for gardeners seeking both beauty and durability. The Dream Rose blooms repeatedly from late spring through fall, offering a long season of color and delicate fragrance that enhances any landscape. Its vigorous growth habit and glossy, dark green foliage provide year-round interest. The rose has been recognized in the horticultural community for its performance and garden value, often recommended by extension services such as those from North Carolina State University and the Missouri Botanical Garden for low-maintenance rose gardening.
