Description
Lantana camara Little Lucky™ ‘Pot of Gold’ is a vibrant and compact perennial known for its profuse clusters of bright yellow flowers that attract butterflies and hummingbirds, making it an excellent choice for pollinator gardens. This cultivar features a more controlled growth habit compared to traditional lantanas, reaching a manageable size that suits containers, borders, and small garden spaces. Native to the tropical Americas, Lantana camara has a long history of use in landscaping due to its heat and drought tolerance, as well as its ability to thrive in full sun and poor soils. The ‘Pot of Gold’ variety stands out with its consistently showy blooms throughout the growing season, providing continuous color from spring through fall. Its unique combination of vibrant yellow flowers and compact form has made it a popular selection among gardeners seeking reliable, low-maintenance plants that bring lively color and wildlife interest to the landscape.
